Bullseye Biodevices team embarked on a transformative Customer Discovery Journey by participating in the NSF I-Corps program. This experience allowed us to deeply engage with potential users, such as surgeons and hospital stakeholders, and key opinion leaders, and gather invaluable feedback and refine our approach based on real-world insights. The journey was pivotal in shaping our understanding of customer needs and enhancing our product development strategy.
